Michelle Dinits earned her B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Law, with a minor in International Studies, from Binghamton University. She earned her law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, with a concentration in International Law.
Michelle's practice includes family-based petitions, including international marriages, employment and entrepreneur visas, and humanitarian work such as the visa for survivors of trafficking.
Michelle has spent time working at Polaris Project, an organization devoted to supporting trafficking survivors, and USCRI, the US Committee for Refugees and Immigrants, where she worked for the legal department supporting the children's program and the survivors of trafficking program. She has experience working with individuals and families seeking to bring family members to the U.S., international couples, survivors of human trafficking, unaccompanied children fleeing violence in their home countries, and survivors of domestic abuse. She approaches each client with compassion and understanding of the unique challenges they face.
Michelle is located on Long Island, in New York, but serves clients from all 50 states and around the world. She is a member of AILA, the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
